What’s the hardest part of being an author?
The hardest thing about being an author is coordinating my schedule so that I have the time to write. Like a lot of other authors I work full-time, so time management is crucial. Creating and maintaining a creative writing calendar has helped me isolate time to write.
Can you give us a short synopsis of Seidrmaidens?
Seidrmaidens (Book One of the Wyrdfolk) delves into the crossover between two worlds of a group of unique teenage girls, as they struggle with challenges in both the Real and the Magickal Worlds.
What inspired you to write this book?
My inspiration for this book was the Norse Sagas and Norse Mythology. In particular, I found the Icelandic Sagas to be a rich resource for characters and challenges in this book.

I write about 1 hour per day; however, I typically write in big chunks of time. For example, I may sit down and write for a whole day or two.
